Our operations comply with Australian law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), as well as regulations set forth by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) for commercial operations.
This policy is to provide both those whom engage in our services, and those whom are affected by our services whilst we conduct our operations in accordance with the law.

In the event your property has been digitally captured during our services, we will always endeavour to edit out details that comply with Section 1.2 & 1.3 of our privacy policy outline.

- To provide and improve our services, products and professional team members skill sets,
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including CASA regulations.

Terms and Conditions for Jaeger Kor Precision Digital Captures

Welcome to Jaeger Kor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited too photography, videography, and related data capture service offerings. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
- Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Jaeger Kor for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with our services.
- Service Provision
2.1 Scope of Services
We provide professional digital capture services, including but not limited to aerial photography, videography, Lidar/Laser and data collection. All services are conducted in compliance with Australian law and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations.
2.2 Service Limitations
Our services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and other operational constraints. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services if conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant with regulatory requirements, or at the discretion of Jaeger Kor Staff.
Jaeger Kor offers precision digital capture packages that are the combination of discretionary products and/or services provided by Jaeger Kor. Packages are subject to discretionary product and/or service output deliverables as solely decided by Jaeger Kor.
- Payment Terms
3.1 Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by Jaeger Kor are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and commenced, no refunds will be issued, except as required by Australian consumer law.
3.2 Invoice Remittance
Deliverables, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and data, will not be released until full payment of the invoice is received. Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or forfeiture of deliverables.
3.3 Additional Costs
Any additional costs incurred due to changes in project scope, travel requirements, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated and invoiced separately.
- Termination of Services
4.1 Right to Discontinue
Jaeger Kor reserves the right to discontinue, terminate, or disengage from any works, contracts, or agreements at any time, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations involving:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Non-payment or delayed payment of invoices.
- Safety concerns or regulatory non-compliance.
- Reason deemed necessary by Jaeger Kor.
4.2 Client Termination
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Please contact us at Contact@jaegerkor.com.au. However, any work completed or expenses incurred up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable in full.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All media, photographs, videos, and any related data captured during operations remain the intellectual and sole property of Jaeger Kor. Upon payment remittance, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose as outlined by Jaeger Kor.
5.2 Restrictions
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use deliverables for commercial purposes beyond the scope of the agreed project without prior written consent from Jaeger Kor.
- Liability and Indemnification
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Commonwealth of Australia law, Jaeger Kor shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or Injury arising from the use or facilitation of our services, products or operations, including but not limited to; loss of profits, data, or damage to property, injury to persons.
6.2 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Jaeger Kor harmless from any legal claims, damages either personal and/or private, liabilities arising from operations/services conducted, data collection or their use of/and/or supply of the deliverables, breach of these Terms and Conditions by Jaeger Kor at any point in time.
- Confidentiality
Jaeger Kor respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without prior consent, verbal or written, except as required by law or to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations as directed by authorities.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the relevant Australian State or Territory Court.
- Amendments
Jaeger Kor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice or consent. The most current version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
